WaterCrest
Flood is busy building an automated reporting
system. Until it is ready you can generate a
report request by calling WaterCrest and decribing your report needs or by using the
requested report form. |
The "automated
reporting system" is created on-line and
these reports can be completed within minutes.
Currently this method is being added to our reporting
process. The automated system uses a set of report
templates and these template descriptions can be seen report
templates.
As a customer of WaterCrest Flood, you also may request a
"phone customized report" by calling,
or a "requested report form" by
filling out the report form and submitting it to
WaterCrest. There is no charge for any of these
reports.
The finished reports can be faxed, mailed or emailed back
to the requester. The completed reports are
in Microsoft Access which are easy to read and can
be converted to Word, Excel or other software packages as
needed by the customer.
The difference between the report types is:
a "phone customized report" can
be customized for any of the over 100 fields of certified
data. WaterCrest can format these reports to the
customer needs. These reports are typically done
within 48 hours;
a "requested report form" uses
the most common fields for certificate data (see this table
for certificate data fields) and the report can be
completed within 8 hours.
