Flood Verification, Inc. ("WaterCrest")
is one of the oldest, most established flood verification
companies in our country.
WaterCrest
was established in 1990 and has been in continuous operation
since that time. The company has observed and participated
in the evolution of the Flood Zone Determination industry. WaterCrest
leads the way in utilizing the latest in technology
to benefit its customers.
Since its inception the
Mission Statement of the company has remained unmodified:

promptly in a manner which respects their operational concerns.

interests of the customer and responding to those interests

In 1997,
WaterCrest became America's first [and only] minority-owned
Flood Zone Determination Company. It is a proud member of the National Minority Business
Council and the Tennessee Minority Development Council. Bruce
Braithwaite, the company Chief Executive Officer has been
a featured presenter on the concerns and considerations of
a Minority Business Enterprise to "The Impact of 98 Convention"
and the "Introduction of Minority Business to Corporate
Seminar" in Boston, MA.
WaterCrest
is an independent corporation with no current ownership of
its stock being held by any financial institution or any other
lender.
