| Fill
in all required fields. These are denoted with a
red asterisk *.
Note: If you do
not have a loan number to enter into the "Loan
Number / File Ref:" field, you may enter any
value, for example the borrower's last name, that you
would use for internal tracking.
After entering values
in the required fields, click the "SUBMIT FOR
CERTIFICATION" button only once.

After clicking the "SUBMIT FOR
CERTIFICATION" button, the following message will appear on your
screen.

If the address is
found, you will be prompted to choose from the requested address or the validated
address. See the example below.

If the address was entered incorrectly the
first time, you may click the "RE-ENTER ADDRESS" button,
which will take you back to the New Certification Order page. Here you
may make any corrections necessary before continuing. Once you have
decided on the address to use, click the "CONTINUE"
button. The following message will appear on your screen.

If the property is
located, you will be shown a preview of the
certification. See the example below.

From here you can view
and subsequently print the actual certification.
If you wish to view the certification as a Portable
Document Format (pdf), you must have Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed. If you do not have Acrobat
Reader, you can download it here.
Otherwise, you can view and print the certification as a
HTML (Web page) report.
If the property was not
located, you will be shown an additional form (See
below) requesting more information. Although not
required, if you have any additional information enter
it here and click the "SUBMIT FOR CERTIFICATION"
button only once. When the certification is
completed, usually on the same business day it was
submitted, it will be sent to you by your preferred
method of delivery (Fax or Email).

You will then be shown
your pending certification orders with the most recent
appearing at the top.
